What it is, what it isn't, the four ways to use it, and what we need from you before we build.
A targeted wire into the sources and voices that matter to your client.
VantageWire monitors specific news outlets, social accounts, and policy sources — chosen by you — and surfaces what's happening in a live, branded dashboard organized by issue. AI classifies every article and post by topic, sentiment, and relevance. The dashboard updates every 2–4 hours automatically.
Your team sees what's moving in their space before it hits the mainstream cycle. No noise. No digging. Just the signal.
VantageWire is a scalpel, not a net. It watches specific things and tells you when they move.
The rule: Show us the source you're missing, and it's in there by end of day. But we don't play scavenger hunt. VantageWire is built on the sources and accounts you give us. That's what makes it fast, focused, and reliable.
Every VantageWire starts with the same architecture. What changes is what you point it at.
| Category | You're Watching… | You Give Us |
|---|---|---|
| Organizational | When your client org is being talked about across news and social | Org name, spokespeople, official accounts |
| Competitor | What competitors are doing and saying before your client reads about it | Competitor names, their accounts, their products |
| Issue & Policy | How specific policy topics are developing across all channels | Issue areas, key figures, relevant committees |
| Hyperlocal | National signals as they connect to the local markets you care about | Target cities, local news sources, local officials |
"Tell me every time our organization is in the conversation."
What they gave us: The 7 issues they care about, the sources they read, and the accounts they follow. We built the rest.
"Show me what our competitors are doing before our client reads about it."
What they gave us: The competitors to watch and the product categories they care about. We built the rest.
"Track how this policy issue is developing across news, social, and official channels."
What they gave us: The 5 issues, the 126 handles, and the legal jurisdictions to watch. We built the rest.
"Show me how national stories are playing out in the markets we care about."
What they gave us: The 6 cities, the antagonist organizations, and the local sources. We built the rest.
Every VantageWire requires these inputs. No exceptions. The account team gathers this in the first client meeting. It arrives to us complete, or we don't start building.

VantageWire is a targeted intelligence product. It watches what you tell it to watch, and it tells you when something moves.
What makes it work: The client team defines the inputs. We build the machine. The machine runs.
What breaks it: Open-ended requests with no defined sources. "Just monitor everything" asks. Moving the goalposts after launch without providing specific additions.
The feedback loop: Show us the source you're missing, and it's in there by end of day. The system uses keywords to search and classify, but the sources are the foundation. Adding a keyword without adding the source doesn't solve anything.
Build time: 1–2 days once we have the five inputs above. No inputs, no build.
